Welcome to Chad’s Super Fun April Craziness Edition!

Hey Kids! It’s time for me, Chad, to dazzle you all with my Super Fun April Craziness Edition of Shot By Shot! You’ve got a month of typos, movies you’ve never heard of, and creative point-earning to look forward to!

Did I say creative point-earning? I think I did! Let me explain the rules of Chad’s Super Fun April Craziness Edition to you all!

First off: is there anything more fun than getting points? There isn’t. And Chad’s Super Fun April Craziness Edition of Shot By Shot will give everyone a chance to earn a fantastic number of points! For reals! Here’s how we’re gonna be rollin’ this month:

Each correct guess earns you one point. So get your google on and put on your memory hat and dazzle me with your knowledge! Earn your ponts the old school way!

But there’s more! You can earn fabulous BONUS points by answering creatively. That’s right, you can earn an additional two points by being clever in your response.

But Chad, you ask, how am I to be clever? Give me an example!

Let’s say that I were to use a shot from Bridget Jones’s Diary. (I won’t be, by the by.) If you answer “Bridget Jones’s Diary” you get one point. If, however, you answer “April 1st: Am horribly hung over and am complete sex goddess. While sated paramour is snoring I shall prove incredible intelligence by answering online computer movie guessing game with ‘Bridget Jones’s Diary’. Am feeling quite smug and satisfied as am totoal winner in life!” you would earn THREE points! One point for the correct answer, two points for answering in the form of one of Bridget’s diary entries! Be as creative as you can be. I will reward your attempts to have fun!

I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking “Wow, could there be more?”

Well, hell yes there’s more! Each seven day period will have six themed shots and one “WTF?” shot. The six themed shots will be related in a simple, straigthforward way. If, after the sixth shot is posted, you correctly guess the theme then you get two extra points. The seventh shot will be the WTF shot. It will be a completely obscure shot from a completely obscure movie. Guessing the WTF shot will earn you FIVE points! (And, yes, you might get two extra points for creativity!)

The final two shots, well, we’ll talk about those later in the month…….

Oh, and I’m not one of them there night owls. Expect new shots in the morning hours.

So, once Carrie walks me through all the technical details of how this all works we’ll start Chad’s Super Fun April Craziness Edition!
